Prior to joining PMR, he had an accomplished 13 year career at American Express wherein he focused on managing business process outsourcing. During his tenure he directed the operations of outsourced payment services sites handling $7 billion in AR as well as designed and implemented revenue recovery initiatives producing $30-40 million dollar annual run rate. Raymond is an inspirational leader that has successfully led cross-functional teams, enriching the lives of individuals and building a better organization.
